Aged Care Western Australia: Embleton Care Now Under Regis Care

Regis Aged Care has acquired Embleton Care from Anastas Investments Pty Ltd, with the acquisition due to be completed this year.  The acquisition of the 82-bed aged care home will be completed on 1 April 2013, whilst subject to the approval of the Department of Health and Ageing.

 

Regis Aged Care has operated in Western Australia for over 20 years and has seven established facilities across the state. Embleton Care will bring the number of aged care facilities owned and operated by Regis Aged Care in Western Australia to eight.“We are very excited to be adding Embleton Care to our family of aged care homes across
Australia”, Regis CEO Ross Johnston said.

Regis Aged Care offers over 4,500 beds and employs in excess of 4,700 healthcare professionals across 45 facilities in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
