Carrington Health is a trusted and experienced aged care service provider for over 30 years, we can help take the confusion out of navigating the system, giving people time to focus on what is important. We aim to keep you living independently and safely in your home and living well in your community.

Our professional and supportive team work together with individuals, families and care managers to provide one point of access and a variety of health, personal care and home based services. You will have flexibility and control in the care you receive at home, especially as your needs change.

Carrington Health is a registered provider of My Aged Care, Home Care Packages and NDIS services.

Home Care Packages

We help you navigate the aged care system, coordinate the full spectrum of services and supports you need to ensure you get the best possible value from your aged care package.

We offer:

• Competitive Care Management rates

We don’t charge for basic daily fees

• Care Managers are available after hours

9am to 9pm Monday to Friday

• Personalised and tailored integrated approach

Which starts with assessment, care planning and monitoring to ensure you are getting the care and support to meet your needs

• Experienced Care Management team

All our Care Managers have a tertiary degree in social work and/or allied health qualification

• Unique combination of private and publically funded health services

• Choice and flexibility in the care people receive at home, as their needs change

Our Care Managers will be your strong advocate when you most need it to ensure your voice is heard when you are in acute or post acute care. 

In Home and Support Services

Carrington Health In Home services are available for both private and public funded clients. All our carers have minimum certificate qualifications to ensure your needs are met. We want you to be comfortable with the person who enters your home, so will match your support worker with someone who shares similar values, background, language and culture.
