Your large, light-filled suite, complete with its own ensuite, kitchenette and veranda, can be furnished and decorated as you like, and your privacy will always be respected. Fully refundable room deposits range from $802,000 to $1,123,000.

Each household has a dedicated care team on- hand 24/7 to provide familiar and consistent care. We focus on getting to know your story, likes and routine to provide a holistic and tailored care experience. With specialist expertise across all aspects of aged care, including dementia and palliative care, infection control, and respite care, we support each resident with kindness and compassion.

Charingfield boasts some of the most beautiful gardens in the local area and they have twice won the Waverley Council’s Garden Awards. With established trees, flower beds, raised veggie patches and meandering pathways, they are bursting with colour and fragrance. Residents can stroll through the walkways, join in rewarding garden projects, and even do some planting of their own.

Just like at home, you decide how you’d like to spend your day. When you rise, eat and shower is up to you, and you’re supported to keep doing the things you’ve always enjoyed. Our resident-driven Lifestyle Program includes a range of interesting activities and outings. There’s no set visiting hours, so you can welcome friends and family whenever you like.

Everything is freshly made in our own restaurant-style kitchen, and our seasonal menus offer a mix of family favourites and modern options. You can choose when and where you eat your meals, and our kitchen staff can make you and your visitors a snack or drink at any time.
