My mission is to ensure the residents in our care home are governed by a team that lead with their heart and ensure the resident’s wellbeing and safety every day.
I have a clinical background in nursing, specialising in mental health and dementia care which helps me lead my team. My experience also helps me to support residents and their families through their individual experience in aged care, whether it be celebrating milestones or supporting them through more challenging times.
I am also inspired by all of the talented staff members we have at Bupa Clayton, who are hero’s and our extended family.

Some activities that you will have the opportunity to get involved with include: cultural and spiritual activities, cognitive activities including word games and puzzles, day trips and movies. Several residents have their own birds and goldfish as companions, and volunteers with dogs regularly pop by.
