Breeze Mobility is growing supplier of mobility aids & rehabilitation equipment to aged care providers, allied-health professionals, hospitals and individuals throughout Australia. To help us continue our growth, and support our existing customers, we are looking for someone to join our team in a part-time sales / customer service role.
In this position you'll be responsible for developing new relationships with aged care providers, healthcare workers and organisations, as well as nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients. You'll also be the first point of contact for all Breeze Mobility customers who contact us by phone, email or through our website. You'll be helping our customers place orders, get answers to questions about our product range, and provide post-sales support. There will also be administration duties including liaising with suppliers and order management.
In order to succeed you'll need some experience working in the aged care or disability support sector. This could be in a sales support worker role, healthcare or admin role. We are happy to provide training and support but you'll need to have a passion for the industry, be willing to learn, be super organised and enjoy helping people.
This will start as a part-time position (approx 20 hours a week - hours are flexible) and could grow in to a full-time role or be job-shared (with the sales and customer service elements split) as the business grows. Our team is remote so you'll need to have a home office setup with fast internet and quiet working area. Ideally you will be based on the East Coast (we are based in Sydney) but
