As a dedicated aged care provider, TriCare streamline the transition into aged care with clear, manageable steps:
Step 1 – Assess your level of care
To asses your level of care start by obtaining an eligibility assessment from the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) via My Aged Care. This essential evaluation ensures that our services are perfectly matched to your needs.

This crucial step helps us identify the most suitable aged care solutions and accommodations for you or your loved one. Arrange a FREE consultation with our Aged Care Specialist Team by contacting us at 1300 874 2273 to discuss your clinical and financial needs.
The government often subsidises aged care costs, but the exact out-of-pocket expense can vary significantly based on personal finances and care requirements and it’s determined by Services Australia.
