AQ Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a unique, female-only aged care residence providing secure accommodation for women living with dementia. Located in Brisbane’s inner west near Paddington, the centre offers a safe, welcoming, and socially connected environment where residents can feel at home.
Operating since 1999, our 40-bed residence is recognised as a specialist provider of dementia care, supporting women and their families with compassion and expertise. Our approach focuses on wellness and enablement, helping each resident maintain independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life.
At Rosalie, residents are supported to stay active and engaged through a range of lifestyle activities tailored to individual interests. These include cooking, art and craft, music programs, pet therapy, gentle fitness sessions, and social outings such as shopping and coffee trips—encouraging connection, friendship, and enjoyment each day.
The residence offers comfortable accommodation with shared bathrooms, abundant natural light, and views of surrounding gardens and hills. Residents can enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, including verandas, lounges, and secure garden areas designed to promote comfort and wellbeing.
Our experienced team is specially trained in holistic dementia care and supported by ongoing professional development. Residents have access to 24-hour registered nursing care, along with a network of visiting health professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, podiatrists, and music therapists.

Single Room
Rooms have an abundance of natural light and ventilation and offers views of the surrounding garden and community. Shared bathrooms are fully accessible for care equipment and support at all levels. Accommodation comes with height adjustable debs, bedside tale, safety sensor systems, built in wardrobe, awarding winning homestyle cooking, and 24-hour care staff.
