Fernhill Residential Aged Care
Located in Caboolture, Bolton Clarke Fernhill understands how important it is for you to feel at home, so we make sure our bedrooms and shared spaces are designed for maximum comfort, including modern décor, furnishings and fittings.
We have over 20 years’ experience delivering wellness programs such as personalised exercise and physiotherapy programs and group classes such as tai chi and falls prevention. Our Day Therapy Centre is there to help residents achieve maximum independence and good health. Other services include respite services, dementia care; a registered nurse on duty 24 hours; visiting GP and allied health professionals.
Our residents are also encouraged to take advantage of the many indoor and outdoor spaces available at Fernhill for relaxation and socialising. Regular activities include arts and crafts, Happy Hour, regular BBQs and concerts and entertainment.
