Royal Freemasons Sale provides care and accommodation for 144 residents in private rooms that cater for both singles and couples as well as those needing specialist dementia care in the memory support wing.
The home offers state-of-the art amenities such as split heating and cooling systems in each room and throughout; room furnishings that support an ageing in place care model such as high low beds, nurse call, lockable bedside cabinets, appropriate and comfortable seating and supportive mobility equipment and pressure mattresses. Sale is equipped with overhead lifting tracks to eliminate discomfort to residents when repositioning.
Beds are fully adjustable, with specialised pressure care mattresses; there are a variety lifting devices and mobility equipment to assist residents if necessary. Furnishings are designed mainly to aid independence, comfort and cleanliness.
We believe in working with family and other informal carers in a spirit of open communication to ensure customers’ needs and aspirations are understood and form part of the agreed plan for care and life experiences at Royal Freemasons Sale.
A comprehensive lifestyle program is offered to all residents and includes activities such as regular outings, visiting entertainers, theme days, music therapy, classes & more.

Royal Freemasons Sale is fortunate to have two talented residents who are fabulous knitters – Nola Scott and Norma Jackson. This ‘dynamic duo’ started knitting in earnest as soon as Lifestyle Coordinator Pamela Bruder inspired them with the idea of knitted hand muffs for residents in the Memory Support Unit.
