SwanCare’s Tandara Care Facility is a traditional residential aged care home dedicated to providing the highest quality care and accommodation within the Western Australian community. Each bedroom suite is fully air-conditioned and has been tastefully furnished with warmth and comfort. Residents are encouraged to bring along personal mementoes from home to help them create a sense of belonging and to remind them of fond memories.
