Location

Set in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and just 23 kilometres to Melbourne’s CBD, Stockland Salford Park Community Village is the perfect combination of suburban living, while also being a part of one of Australia’s largest cities.

Stockland Salford Park Community Village is located close to public transport and the village bus makes regular trips to the Knox City Shopping Centre, just two kilometres away.

For those who don’t like shopping centres, there is also a weekly ‘trash and treasure’ market every Sunday in the area.

The area

The suburb is located in the City of Knox, with a population of about 14,000. There are plenty of opportunities for local entertainment including a Village cinema, a public library and over 350 large retail stores and smaller specialist retail stores.

The suburb’s local amenities include Knox Shopping Centre, which regularly appears in the famous Aussie soap Neighbours. Here you’ll find the shopping centre features a variety of department stores such as Myer and Harris Scarf, plus Coles Myer stores including Kmart, Target and two Coles supermarkets.

There is a local Hungarians Community Centre and many churches in the area.
