UnitingSA Faggotter Grove Neighbourhood Group Home is perfectly positioned for a relaxing retirement lifestyle, with affordable independent living options for seniors who want to live in Adelaide’s northern and western suburbs. Our homes provide comfortable, secure and safe living with a friendly, village community.
A Neighbourhood Group Home provides the best of independent living with a bit of extra help, with all meals provided and a bit of help for cleaning and other daily tasks.
Our homes are low-maintenance and pet-friendly, with generous 1-3 bedrooms (some with built in robes), open-plan living and dining areas, good storage space, modern kitchen facilities and reverse cycle air conditioning.
An affordable maintenance fee is paid fortnightly by our residents, which ensures our villages are kept tidy and clean. This fee covers general building and grounds maintenance, major home repairs, building insurance, council rates and an emergency after-hours maintenance service is also available.
Resident Funded Entry Contribution Units
All UnitingSA independent living units require residents to pay an affordable, one-off ‘entry contribution’ that enables them to live in a unit for the rest of their life or until they decide to leave. This payment amount varies between retirement village locations.
1 bedroom units require an entry contribution payment of:
$30,000* - West Lakes Shore (UnitingSA Faggotter Grove Neighbourhood Group Home)
*This contribution amount excludes a fortnightly maintenance fee that is pre-determined by UnitingSA and payable by the resident for the duration of a tenancy.
We offer a safe, securing and comfortable retirement within a friendly, village community that is perfectly positioned for maintaining a relaxing retirement lifestyle.
Our friendly staff assist residents to maintain their community associations and friendships by linking them to the local health services and other networks. Whereas our onsite lifestyle program allows residents to stay active, healthy and happy.
Activities include walking groups, games such as bingo, shopping trips, arts and crafts – the options are endless!
Our village will also consider pets.
We are conveniently close to medical services, churches and public transport routes.
