Located in Arundel, our Multi Service Centre provides flexible, entry-level support across the Gold Coast to help you—or your loved one—stay independent, safe, and connected at home and in the community.
Our services are designed to support your day-to-day needs and may include respite care, personal care, social support, transport, meal preparation, medication assistance, and help with household tasks such as cleaning, gardening, and general upkeep.
We also offer access to allied health services, including physiotherapy and podiatry, as well as programs such as music therapy to support your overall wellbeing.
Respite care is available on a flexible basis—daily, or overnight—providing meaningful social engagement through activities and outings, while giving carers time to rest and recharge.
Our focus is on supporting you to maintain your independence, stay socially connected, and continue living safely in your own home for as long as possible.
Supporting carers is an important part of our service. We offer education sessions, support groups, telephone support, and access to a Dementia Help Line—so you’re never navigating things alone.
We welcome referrals from individuals, families, and community organisations, and can assist you in accessing services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and My Aged Care.
