Arcare Surrey Hills

One of the best age care facility in Melbourne, the staff are very friendly and polite. Manager was professional and caring toward staff, residents and family members. Premises is very clean and well maintained.

I enjoy living at Arcare Surrey Hills. I'm being well-looked-after and I'm very happy here.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to all your staff for the love and care which Arcare Surrey Hills afforded my late wife and myself during her stay these last two years. The professional love and care approach of ALL the staff represents the very best of nursing home care and you should be proud of the high standards you have achieved. From the time my wife entered, through the trials and issues of managing Covid, I have had no concerns for her health or her treatment. She passed peacefully and I was able to be by her side. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for the care and kindness that Dad and the family have experience from each of you at Arcare. Having someone you dearly love to go into supported care is a big decision. Dad and the family really felt genuine care and kindness from so many individuals. It’s impossible to name everyone but from the moment you walk in the door it is felt. From front of house staff to the nurses and carers, to the people preparing and serving dad’s meals, to the hairdresser and allied health and so many more- you really made a difference. We cannot thank you enough for treating Dad so well- you made him feel special. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the Arcare family for caring for my mother these last 5 years. Mum would continually say how lucky she was to be in your supportive and kind care.
She loved having her hair done on a Tuesday and being occupied with numerous activities. Having easy access to medical dental and optical support as required helped her considerably.
You have a compassionate and caring team, with my family very appreciative for you making mum's life the best it could possibly be.
