This week, Catholic Healthcare is celebrating 25 years of health and aged care service right across the organisation.
American dementia expert, Teepa Snow, will be in Australia this August for a series of seminars. Designed for aged care professionals, the seminars will explore a positive approach to dementia care and the effective engagement and support of people living with dementia. They will focus on the cognitive, behavioural and physical aspects of dementia care and the related practices that can be easily adopted to stimulate positive improvements within each aspect.
Regis Aged Care has recently joined the Victorian State Government’s climate change pledge program, TAKE2. Delivered by Sustainability Victoria, TAKE2 is a program that provides every Victorian business, local government, community organisation and home with the information they need to act on climate change.
