For Purpose Investment Partners (For Purpose), Catalyst Education (Catalyst) and Generation Australia have partnered to accelerate employment outcomes in the aged care sector, with a plan to support thousands of aged care workers per year nationally for a sector expected to require a million extra workers by 2050.
TLC Aged Care mandated compulsory COVID-19 vaccinations for all of their 1,800 aged care staff plus their external contractors in March 2021. The Australian Government has confirmed that this will now be the case in all residential aged care homes across Australia.
