HACC (Home and Community Care)

From the 1st of July 2015, the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program was merged into the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), however the HACC program still operates in Victoria (as of July 1st 2016, the CHSP replaced HACC for new clients) and Western Australia.
