Home Care packages in Northern Territory

Our Registered Nurses can undertake a health assessment to help determine your care needs, we offer Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 home care packages both government and privately funded. 

Our Community Home Support Service supports older people. Older people are people aged 65 years and over and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over.

Over 2016-17, 124 community residents, as well as a number of transient people, have been supported on a weekly basis through the aged care service. Clients range in age from 50 to 90 years.

Anglicare NT provides programs to assist older people to live at home longer rather than be admitted into long-term residential care.

Regis Day Therapy Centres are home to a range of professional allied health services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology and podiatry. All services are provided by our fully trained, experienced and professional staff.

Dementia Australia offers a range of services and programs designed to support you and the person you care for living with dementia. These include counselling services, carer support groups and other programs. For more information, you can contact the National Dementia Helpline. 

We provide care and support to clients in eight MacDonnell Regional Council communities.

East Arnhem Regional Council (EARC) aims to improve the wellbeing and re-ablement of aged and disabled residents of East Arnhem through the provision of a comprehensive Aged & Disability Services.

Our home care packages offer up to seven hours of support per week on the days that suit your needs, schedule and lifestyle. Larrakia Nation is an approved provider for the Department of Social Services Home Care Packages.
