The University of Melbourne study looked at the innovative JELLYFISH Intergenerational Program at TLC’s Mordialloc healthcare precinct, which features an aged care home and a co-located TLC Early Learning Centre, as well as other health, fitness, and lifestyle amenities.

Colleen has been a Care Connect client for a little over 12 months. She has a Home Care Package and was initially with another provider, but wanted something more. A friend whose mother was a Care Connect client recommended the not-for-profit, and Colleen made the switch. Which is when she met Care Manager Donna, and she “couldn’t be happier…Donna is delightful…she’s so lovely.”

For residents at Belvedere Aged Care, on Friday 14th February we celebrated love and companionship as five resident couples renewed their vows in a heartfelt ceremony. Recognising the 6 and 7 decades of marriage of each couple, celebrant and Pastor, Jeremy Fernando led a touching tribute to love celebrated amongst family and friends, and honouring togetherness in every stage of life.
