Flying High at Arcare Slacks Creek

Geoffrey, from Arcare Slacks Creek, ticked off another item on his bucket list, soaring through the clouds in a small plane at the Gold Coast Airfields.

His love of planes started 50 years ago when he lived in England, and it’s been a dream of his to go flying again.

His eyes lit up as the men from Arcare residences on the Gold Coast arrived at the airfields.

He relished every moment of the trip and described the experience as being similar to sitting in an armchair enjoying breathtaking views.

Geoffrey’s now looking forward to ticking the next item on the list off – hitching a ride on a helicopter!
