Baptistcare Announces Graydn Spinks as New General Manager Aged Care Services

Baptistcare in Western Australia has announced the appointment of Mr Graydn Spinks as its new General Manager Aged Care Services. 

Mr Spinks has an extensive background working in aged and community services in the not-forprofit and local government sectors across metropolitan, regional, rural and remote settings. He joins Baptistcare after more than 10 years at Southern Cross Care where he held a number of senior executive roles, including General Manager Services.

Baptistcare Chief Executive Officer Mr Russell Bricknell said he looked forward to working with Mr Spinks to strengthen and grow Baptistcare’s position in the complex, rapidly changing, residential aged care market.

“I am delighted Graydn is joining Baptistcare as our new General Manager Aged Care Services and am extremely confident he is ideally qualified and experienced to lead our residential care services in one of the most highly regulated and fastest growing sectors,” he said.

“Graydn’s leadership skills and extensive operational and strategic experience demonstrate that he is well placed to deliver on our vision to transform and enrich the lives of those we care for in an evolving consumer driven market.”

Mr Spinks has a Bachelor of Arts, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and was part of the inaugural intake for the Leadership Excellence through Awareness Practice (LEAP) Program at INSEAD Singapore.
