New Lyndoch Appointment Investing In People and Resilience

on Wednesday, August 30, 2017

Lyndoch Living has welcomed to their executive team Ms Fiona Moore as Director of People and Resilience. Ms Moore hails from Melbourne, where she performed the role of Associate Director at prominent Human Resources firm Michael Page International. There, she managed a broad role including recruitment, talent development, business growth and strategy.

Fortunately for the south west, Ms Moore recently followed her heart to Terang, swapping the concrete jungle for the lush green fields of her partner’s family’s dairy farm, and opening up the opportunity for a new career challenge.

“I’m really excited to have this opportunity to work in such a dynamic and innovative organisation as Lyndoch Living, as part of the People Team,” Ms Moore said.

“Every individual in our aged community deserves the very best of care that they need, delivered – with a caring heart – by staff that are committed to aged care excellence.

“It’s my vision to build and support our team - at every level – to enable them to be the best they can be in delivering these essential services to our communities,” she said.

Lyndoch Living Chief Executive Officer, Doreen Power, said Ms Moore’s appointment is a real coup for the organisation.

“It’s not every day you come across someone locally with the experience and expertise that Fiona brings,” Ms Power said.

“Lyndoch Living employs nearly 500 people across south west Victoria, and that number is increasing, so investing in Human Resources is imperative for the future health and growth of the organisation.

“I’m just thrilled about this appointment as I feel Fiona brings the exact qualities that will help us transition smoothly to a new and exciting era at Lyndoch Living,” Ms Power said.
