Westhaven Celebrates Launch of New Name

The staff and residents of the iconic Westhaven aged care community in Harristown, Toowoomba have come together to celebrate the announcement of RSL Care’s new name, Bolton Clarke.  

The tight-knit Toowoomba community has been supporting thousands of local people in residential aged care, at home support and retirement living services for the past twenty-one years.

Residential Manager Yvonne Crosby was so proud to see the new branding and her team in their new uniforms.

“Bolton Clarke gives us a new identity that is true to where we have come from, we still have a strong connection with our ex-Service community around 30 per cent of our residents identify as Veterans,” Yvonne said.

“We held a celebratory event where we invited our residents, family, friends and volunteers to celebrate the launch of the brand and share the story about how we got to this place.”

Bolton Clarke is new name of the organisation which represents the next step after RSL Care and Australia’s most experienced provider of nursing services, RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service), came together in 2015.

“The name is a wonderful step forward as it recognises the shared 210-year heritage and values by honouring two early community leaders,” she said.
