Resthaven Murray Bridge Quilt Donation

on Monday, July 30, 2018

On 26 July, the 'Bridge Patches and Quilters Club' visited Resthaven Murray Bridge to donate some beautiful hand-stitched quilts. Relieving Manager, Linden Brazier, accepted the four quilts on behalf of residents, saying, "The quilts will be greatly appreciated by family and friends."

The four quilts are handmade and beautiful quality, with each one sporting a unique design.

Themes include a sheep scene, flowers, and a traditional quilt pattern.

Resthaven Murray Bridge Lifestyle Coordinator, Sharon Crannitch, plans to share the quilting story with residents at our regular morning tea.

"Thank you to the Bridge Patches and Quilters Club for their kind donation!"

Resthaven Murray Bridge is just one of Resthaven’s twelve residential aged care homes delivering high quality services across South Australia.

Resthaven also supports older people to live independently in their own homes across metropolitan Adelaide, the Hills, Murraylands, Riverland, Barossa, Fleurieu Peninsula and Limestone Coast.
