Lifeview Residential Care (Lifeview) has launched into 2019 with a refresh of its branding and logo. The new logo, tag line and colour palette were developed based on feedback the award-winning aged care provider received from residents, staff, and families, in the form of focus group sessions and interviews.
The main themes from this feedback included Lifeview being viewed as a leader, offering a safe, warm, inclusive and genuine environment where residents are active, and living their life with a focus on wellness. In addition, the Lifeview name was viewed positively, based on the provider’s reputation for providing high quality care and innovative services for many years.
Lifeview CEO Madeline Gall said, “the current branding and logo have been in place for over seven years and we felt this branding did not best express our personality and what Lifeview has to offer, including growth and change over the last seven years; reflecting who we are and what we do; assisting to communicate to the wider community the services we provide; to help us define a clear and updated value proposition; and in establishing a strong visual identity.
“As we continue to grow, expand our areas of focus, and update resident experiences, we want our brand to best reflect why we exist, what we believe in, and where we are heading.
“The new logo, colours and tag line signify an active, playful, contemporary and visionary image, reflective of who we are”, Ms. Gall added. There will be a gradual and considered roll-out of the company’s new look and feel over the coming months. There is no change to the Lifeview name or business structures, it is purely the stated brand refresh.
