Voting Day for 104-year-old Mr Patrick

Mr Victor Patrick of Resthaven Leabrook may be 104 years old, but that didn't stop him from casting his vote in the 2019 federal election. Mr Patrick says that "voting is an important duty for every citizen."

Electoral staff visited Resthaven Leabrook prior to the election this Saturday 18 May to ensure that all residents could vote in the convenience of the home. Mr Patrick is pictured casting his vote in the mobile polling booth set up in the Hall.

Mr Patrick will celebrate his 105th birthday in October 2019. What an amazing milestone!
