Welcoming Hassan & New Team Members to Arcare Brighton

Arcare Brighton recently welcomed new residence manager, Hassan Malik into the community. Hassan has come into the role having extensive experience working at Arcare. Hassan has previously worked as a clinical care coordinator, and registered nurse at both, Arcare Nirvana Avenue and Arcare Brighton.

Hassan started off his career at Arcare, at the Brighton residence and is incredibly excited to be able to return to the team.

Families had their first opportunity to officially meet Hassan, as the residence manager, at the Arcare Brighton Welcome Evening.

The Arcare Brighton Welcome Evening encouraged clients, family and friends to come along and meet Hassan and the other new team members, who were about to commence work.

The introductory evening was suggestion made by Hassan, as he wanted to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and informed during the transition period.

Victorian Client Services Manager, Robyn Quilliam-Taylor formally introduced all of the new faces to the crowd, outlining their roles and best points of contact.

The other team members, who were also introduced into their new roles were: nurse unit managers, Sammy and Hersh; receptionist, Sandy; general services manager, Michelle and Jeff in maintenance.

Family members, clients and team members mingled throughout the evening, enjoying each other’s company and the delicious array of finger food and desserts on offer.

At the end of the night, many family members and clients remarked how they were glad they attended, and how they are excited for the future at Arcare Brighton.
