Socially Distanced Yoga at Regis Chelmer

The scene was set…soft, soothing music, butterflies and stunning afternoon sun streaming in from above. Residents from Regis Chelmer nourished their mind, body and soul as they took part in physically distanced gentle yoga. 

We should all be taking some ‘self maintenance’ time like this each day so we can look after ourselves and keep making a difference to those around us.

Regis Chelmer is a state-of-the-art aged care residence, newly built inside a lovingly restored 1890s mansion. Care and accommodation is provided for 120 residents in single rooms featuring an ensuite and a gorgeous view of a courtyard or landscaped garden.
