Sound Therapy and Yoga at Autumn Aged Care

Residents at Autumn Aged Care have been enjoying weekly yoga and sound therapy program.  Sound therapy uses vibrations in order to relax the mind and body, and is an integral part of the lives of residents living at Autumn Aged Care.
