Introducing Autumn Aged Care's Wonderful Executive Chef

Caroline works closely with the kitchen teams across Autumn Aged Care's Clovelly Cottage and Bentons Lodge to introduce tasty and nutritionally balanced options creating wholesome dishes based on the seasonal offerings in Victoria. 

The kitchen team encourages resident gardening clubs to grow organic herb offerings right at home so that residents can enjoy the full lifecycle of the plants and veggies that they consume. Caroline (pictured) has her arms full with beautiful fresh basil from resident gardens!

Dining options are varied and residents can choose between a number of modern light filled open plan dining areas, providing an opportunity to meet friends and enjoy mealtime.
