UnitingSA has announced the appointment of Jenny Hall as the organisation’s new Chief Executive Officer, commencing 28 June 2021.
Ms Hall will take over the role from long-serving CEO Libby Craft, who is retiring after more than a decade at the helm.
UnitingSA Board Chair Gael Fraser said Ms Hall’s significant leadership experience would bring great value to the organisation, which provides housing, aged care and community services across South Australia.
Ms Hall will lead UnitingSA’s team of over 1,000 staff and volunteers, who each year provide support to almost 15,000 people in metropolitan and regional areas.
“This appointment marks an exciting new chapter for UnitingSA and the Board is looking forward to working with Ms Hall to build on our strong history supporting communities for over 100 years,” Ms Fraser said.
“Ms Hall’s depth of experience across health, aged care and community services will be invaluable, as we continue to evolve in response to major changes in our sector.
“After many years of stable leadership, we are incredibly fortunate to have found someone with the right experience and values to lead us into the future as we respond to the needs of communities, families and individuals.”
Ms Hall is currently the Executive Manager Residential Services at Helping Hand and has previously held senior executive roles at Medibank Home Support Services and Neami National Ltd.
