Arcare Maidstone Celebrates 14th Birthday

On 7^th April, Arcare Maidstone celebrated the community’s fourteenth birthday, inviting residents, families, volunteers, and team members to enjoy cake, finger-food, and live entertainment from favourite, Tony Merlino.

“It has been lovely to be able to have the community come together to celebrate Arcare Maidstone’s 14th birthday.” Residence Manager, Jennifer Henare said.

Australian owned and operated for more than 40 years, Arcare are renowned for creating stunning architecturally designed aged care residences and for their relationship-first approach to care.

Together with Arcare’s globally celebrated relationship-first approach and their dedicated team, Arcare supports resident health and well-being to ensure they live their best lives.

“I’m proud of all the hard-work, dedication, and compassion that my team has shown over the years. The entire team is truly dedicated to providing the best care, quality of life and home to all our residents.” Jennifer said.

Six of Arcare Maidstone’s dedicated team members have been working for Arcare for over fourteen years, including Manager Jennifer. Some of those team members including personal support carers, Binjana and Darshan were recognised that this year’s celebrations, being invited to help cut the birthday cake.

“We are very proud of the wonderful community that the team and residents have created over the last fourteen years here at Arcare Maidstone. We have seen so many wonderful relationships develop within the community, and it has been so rewarding to a part of that.” Jennifer said.
