TAFE and UNI Students at Mayflower - a Three-Way Benefit

At Mayflower, the team takes pride in working with registered training organisations - to help the next generation of workers to be exemplary team members of the future. By engaging students, eager to learn, the benefits are three-fold. 

The student benefits from learning from our wonderful team and what is best practice, residents have the joy of meeting someone new to share their stories with, and there are more hands on the floor helping out where they can.
