Victorian not-for-profit provider, Mayflower, has named Stuart Rodney as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mayflower Chair, Anthony Mutton, says the Mayflower Board is delighted to announce Mr Rodney’s appointment.
“The Mayflower Board is excited to have Mr Rodney leading the Mayflower team. His strong commercial acumen, and passion for aged care, places us in a sound position to navigate aged care reforms, as we work to finalise and implement our 2023-26 Strategic Plan,” says Mr Mutton.
Prior to joining Mayflower, Mr Rodney held roles as Executive General Manager – Residential Aged Care with Bolton Clarke, Chief Business Development Officer at American Hospital Dubai, and Chief Operating Officer with Health Support Queensland.
Mayflower has strategic growth plans across the continuum of care. The not-for-profit acquired Edith Bendall Lodge in November 2022, and has recently completed a redevelopment of its Reservoir facility. Mayflower also has planning permits for two new integrated care communities in Gisborne and Keilor, and redevelopment plans are underway for its site in Macleod.
