The free app is easy to use and designed so family members, residents, and staff have 24/7 access to communication tools and support. Embracia Aged Care is introducing the app at both the Embracia Reservoir and Embracia Moonee Valley homes.
That means you’ll have everything you need all in one place. Families can stay more connected than ever and have news, information, and resources at their fingertips.
The App is an innovative way for residents, families and staff to stay informed and connected about everyday life in the home. Family members within the residents approved support circle will receive regular news updates. Plus, access things like weekly lifestyle calendars, seasonal meal menus, newsletters, and physiotherapy calendars. Residents can also post images and messages directly to their relatives and vice versa!

You can download the app anytime on your smartphone device, but you won’t be able to access your account until the home sends you an email with your login details. Embracia will send out an official email to staff members, Next of Kin and the residents approved support circle with instructions on how to create your unique account.
Embracia will make sure to provide learning guides on how to install and use the app effectively. The app will be a central location for everything you need to communicate with the homes and each other.
