Recognising the extraordinary commitment, passion, and care demonstrated by the team, Home Manager Susan recently organised a heartfelt celebration to honour their exceptional contributions. The event was filled with heartfelt moments, touching gestures, and tokens of appreciation for the remarkable individuals who have dedicated a significant portion of their lives to Northern Gardens.

During the ceremony, Susan presented service badge awards, travel vouchers, and handmade flower arrangements to the team members who have shown unwavering dedication throughout their tenure. Itania and Dikshya, both with eight years of service, were commended for their steadfast commitment and unwavering support to the residents.

Analee, with an impressive 10 years of service, was recognised for her enduring presence and compassionate nature that has touched the lives of so many. Her unwavering dedication and commitment to going above and beyond for the residents exemplify the core values of Northern Gardens Aged Care.

The celebration continued as Nella, Imelda, Kisa, Yuping, Payal, and Margaret, with an incredible 15 years of service each, were acknowledged for their exceptional contributions. The longevity of their tenure speaks volumes about their unwavering dedication, unwavering compassion, and their ability to form deep and meaningful connections with the residents they care for.

Margaret, a resident at the home, took the opportunity to express her gratitude by presenting the staff with individually wrapped gifts as a heartfelt thank you on behalf of all the residents.
