Satisfied Customers Lead to Second Award Win

For the second year in a row, the testimonials of existing clients have seen not-for-profit aged care provider Carinity top the Health Services category in the ProductReview.com.au annual awards.

The selection criteria for the awards are based on the quality and volume of online reviews companies receive over the previous twelve-month period. Satisfied users of Carinity’s residential aged care and home care services delivered the organisation an average rating of 4.8 stars out of five.

According to Carinity Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Griffiths, the award is an acknowledgement of the lengths Carinity staff go to when providing care to the elderly. 

“The wonderful thing about this award is that it is based on feedback received from people who are in our care and appreciate the high levels of care we deliver,” Kevin said.

“Our reason for being is to make a real difference to the lives of the people we are called to care for. To have those people recognise our efforts through their kind reviews, and to receive an award as a result, is special to us.”

Carinity operates 11 residential aged care communities in an area stretching from the Gold Coast to Townsville and west to Toowoomba. It also provides in-home care to almost 1,000 seniors throughout the state.
