Anglicare NT Community Care Darwin

Darwin Home Support Program provides a range of in-home supports to people over 65 years, or 50 years if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

Referrals to this program are via the My Aged Care Portal, medical professionals, families or individuals.

Supports include domestic assistance, personal care, social activities and transport. The program aims to help people maintain independence, have a good quality of life and continue living in their own home.

Anglicare NT is a faith-informed agency, proud of its traditions as an NGO (non-government organisation) and a long-term territory based community service organisation that continues to adapt and respond to the needs of our communities.
