If you are caring for someone experiencing dementia or memory loss, ECH Day Programs offer the opportunity to take a well-earned break.
ECH Day Programs are specifically designed to cater for people who may be experiencing dementia or memory loss.
The programs run Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3.30pm (including Public Holidays) and include various outings across the week. Attendees are provided with a nutritious lunch, morning and afternoon tea and snacks.
ECH Day Programs are offered on a self-funded basis, however if you are aged 65 years or over, you may qualify for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP) and you may be able to use some of this funding to access ECH Day Programs.
Transport to and from the Day Programs may be arranged via an ECH bus or other modes of transport at an additional cost.
