Home care packages Program provides older people who want to stay at home with access to a range of ongoing personal services, domestic services and clinical care that help them with their day- day activities.

We are committed to providing affordable, reliable, compassionate and individualise care to enrich your loved ones quality of life.

There are four levels of home care packages, each package level is funded at different amounts paid by the Australian Government to the service provider that delivers care and services to you, which can give you the care and services you need.

A Home Care Package provides a coordinated package of services tailored to meet your specific care needs to:

• Help you stay in your own home as you get older
• Give you choice and flexibility in the way your care and services are provided to you at home.

To access a Home Care Package you will need to be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). The ACAT helps the elderly to determine what kind of care will best meet your needs.
