NSW Home Support Services

Under a Home Care package we can provide a range of support services, helping you to stay in your own home and connected to your local community.

There are 4 levels of care through Home Care packages ranging from Level 1 (low level) to Level 4 (high level).

Home Care package (HCP) provides a co-ordinated package of services tailored to meet your specific care needs to give you choice and flexibility in the way your support services are delivered.

Under a Home Care package we can provide a range of support services but not limited to:

• Personal Care – such as help with showering, dressing and mobility
• Home Help and Maintenance - support with domestic activities, including meal preparation, garden and general home maintenance
• Social Outings – that keep you connected with family and friends and your community such as bus trips, cafes, community events and shopping
• Respite to give your carer time out
• Transport to appointments with your GP or allied health
