The Arcare Logan Reserve community celebrated their first birthday since opening in 2021. BaptistCare NSW & ACT is one of many aged care providers hoping the federal election will be a catalyst for change to safeguard affordable and quality aged care for future generations, as fresh research shows the sector remains top of mind for voters.
"The day I started working in aged care, is the day I fell in love with it," says Resthaven Home Support Worker, Robyn Jones. "I have been working in the aged care sector for around 20 years, a lot of that being in residential care."
