We all forget our keys in different places. We sometimes cannot find our phones and perhaps even forgot an old acquaintances name. We all have mood swings and lose interest in different things at various stages of our life.

Consumer Directed Care (CDC) is a new model of home care service delivery that is designed to give more choice and flexibility to consumers. If you or your loved one receive a Home Care Package, you will now have more control and flexibility over the types of services and care you access – as well as deciding who delivers the services and when.
Applications are now open for the Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS) Research and Innovation Funding Round. Assistant Minister for Health and Aged Care, Ken Wyatt AM, MP, said $34 million in grants are now being offered to eligible organisations for innovative projects that will support older Australians to access the care they need, where and when they need it.
