The unique extra services area offers accommodation for 15 residents in their own unit comprising of one bedroom, with seating and private ensuite bathroom. All have their own private entrance and garden, with tea and coffee making amenities.
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both.A refundable deposit is paid as lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payment.
SINGLE ROOM House 7 Room with private ensuite and built-in wardrobe and bedside unit with lockable valuables drawer. Rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning and hydronic heating. Each room has points for telephone and television. The room is furnished with an electric hi/lo bed, fitted with overhead hoist tracking and lounge chair with electric lift capabilities if required. Room size is 12.3m2.
