Residents receive around the clock care in their own private, secure, and well-appointed room with ensuite.

Comfortable common areas including a secure courtyard and gardens, formal dining room and television and activities room, are located throughout the home, where residents can enjoy spending time with visiting friends and family.

All meals are prepared fresh on-site every day with a focus on quality, variety, and nutrition.

A range of social activities are on offer for all residents including happy hour, group exercise classes, art therapy, regular bus outings, movie screenings and visiting entertainers.

As a private aged care residence, no RAD/DAP payments are needed. A weekly fee applies which covers care and accommodation needs. Hawthorn Grange is also an approved provider of Home Care Packages, which means you can access your HCP while living at Hawthorn Grange for additional services or care.
