At Homewood Care, we take an individualised approach to care, catering, and lifestyle. Our warm and open homes provide a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, where you become part of our extended family, treated with utmost respect and dignity. We are a fully accredited aged care service, offering high care, freshly prepared delicious food, and enjoyable lifestyle programs seven days a week.
High-Level Care: We offer permanent or respite care, including complex care, dementia care, and End of Life care (palliative care)
Respite Care: Whether you need a break from caregiving or are considering permanent care, we provide respite options. Note that ACAT approval is required for respite care.
Dementia Care: We partner with Dementia Services Australia to provide specialised care and activities tailored to each resident's needs, maintaining their skills and independence for as long as possible.
Qualified Nursing Staff: Our qualified registered nurses are available around the clock to supervise and monitor residents' health and medication needs.
Engaging Activities: We design weekly programs to stimulate the mind, keep residents fit, and help them make new friends. Residents have the flexibility to join activities or enjoy materials at their own pace.
24-Hour Nursing Care: We provide full assistance to 82 residents across two floors, with a 24-hour Registered Nurse and a team of qualified nurses, carers, and health professionals.
Medical Support: We partner with geriatricians, aged care nurse practitioners, and care nurse specialists. Local doctors specialising in aged care also visit regularly.
Personalisation: Residents are encouraged to bring personal items to make their rooms feel like home.
Homewood Gardens is our boutique-style, high-care facility featuring 37 luxury single, ensuited rooms. We focus on promoting a social lifestyle, providing intimate lounge areas, sitting rooms, and fun group activities to help residents feel at home.
Our spacious single rooms with bathrooms and larger rooms for couples are built to the highest standards. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their cherished items.
Homewood Gardens residents automatically enjoy the benefits of Homewood Club, including various lifestyle activities, in-room entertainment, dining options, and personalised services.

My mother came to Homewood Care 18 months ago and I can only offer praise and gratitude for the excellent care she has received. The surroundings are modern and pleasant. It is a comfort to know that loved ones are in good hands at Homewood. Rhiannon has provided a constant support throughout my mother's time there. Alison on the front desk is very kind and understanding. Tom brings a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for the quality care and valuing my mother as a person.

We have found the Homewood staff to be friendly and efficient and they certainly helped with us through a very stressful time of admitting both parents. The facility is well maintained to as good a standard as one can expect and the social activity level is well managed. For a high care facility the team are very understanding and appear to have a good empathy with the residents. The residents as a result of all of the above appear as contented as can be expected.
