IRH Residential Aged Care (ISOMER) is a boutique aged care home providing care and accommodation for 50 residents in Lysterfield. Owned by the Islamic Society of Melbourne Eastern Regions (ISOMER), IRH Residential Aged Care offers residents a nurturing multicultural home where individual care is paramount.
IRH Residential Aged Care is surrounded by beautifully manicured lawns, tranquil gardens and also features a peaceful courtyard where residents can spend time with visiting family and friends.
Accommodation is offered in comfortable home-like rooms, where residents can bring along personal mementoes to decorate their space. Bedrooms well-appointed, bright and spacious, with ensuite facilities available. Adjoining rooms are available for couples.
IRH Residential Aged Care respects the rights, dignity and needs of each individual resident, regardless of race or religion.

SINGLE ROOM Room with private ensuite. Our single and twin adjoining rooms are light and spacious and some come equipped with private ensuite bathroom, built in wardrobes and heating. Rooms have either carpet or vinyl coverings. Fresh linen is provided regularly and each room is maintained by housekeeping.

SINGLE ROOM Room with shared ensuite. Rooms are light and spacious and each room is fitted out with its own kitchenette and a huge wardrobe with sufficient space for the residents needs. Fresh linen is provided regularly and each room is maintained by housekeeping. All rooms have phone connections, call bells power points and heating.

My mum entered in Isomer Age Cere 3 yrs ago. This place has improved so much with the new management. Nice big individual rooms with privete bathrooms. Lots of sunshine and views from windows. Rooms has small kitchenettes which is not easy to find in other age care.Friendly stuff 24 hrs nurse on premises. My mum loves staying in isomer.
I was admitted to this Retirement Home in 2012. Since then I have noticed a lot of improvements in this facility. Most of these were done in consultation with the residents at the monthly Resident's Meeting. I specially like the attitude of the staff managing the patients with patience and smile reminding me some sort of home environment... I hope it stays like this.
