It is owned and operated by the Trustees of Catholic Aged Care Sydney, through the Parish of Haberfield. The Villa employs a team well versed in Aged Care and dedicated to the philosophy of caring for the aged. The Villa has been accredited by the Aged Care Standards Agency achieving maximum results in all categories.

Accommodation
All rooms are private and have an ensuit and include;
2 emergency call buttons
Electronic nursing bed
Kitchenette for making tea, coffee & snacks
Wired for a telephone & TV connection
Ducted air conditioning
Shared balcony, providing an area for relaxing outside
In addition;
All meals are prepared fresh daily on the premises and are of high quality. Three full meals are provided each day, along with fresh fruit, morning and afternoon tea. Alternative meal choices are offered and we cater for special dietary needs.
Each section has its own dining room accommodating up to 18 residents
Cleaning is done on a regular basis
Maintenance is carried out routinely and when needed
All laundry is done on the premises
24 hour security ensures that the residents are safe and secure at all times
chemist delivery, eye testing and physiotherapy are available
Recreation Officer runs an activities program for all residents which includes a weekly trip in the Villa bus, visiting entertainers, bingo, carpet bowls, crosswords to name only a few.
Social, Cultural and Spiritual needs are met and given special attention.
Several churches are in close proximity to our Facility.
One lounge area provides a large flat screen TV. Movies are provided on a regular basis. We also have a second lounge area with a TV, small library and newspapers
We operate a small shop on the premises each week for the convenience of our residents.
Hairdressing is available in the salon on the premises
A Podiatrist visits regularly
Religious services are held in our Chapel weekly
We have Registered Nurses at certain times.
We have a Diversional Therapist who provides a varied program of individual and group activities.
All care staff are either Certificate III or IV qualified, with first aid certificates and national police checks
Our review system has been built to provide an objective feedback tool where consumers and providers of aged care can respectfully share their thoughts and experiences.
