Catholic Healthcare’s Stella Maris Aged Care provides care and accommodation for 55 residents. The home is spread out over two floors with elevator, ramp and stair access.
52 of the bedrooms are single occupancy with private ensuite bathrooms, with one three-bed room in the nursing home. Half of the bedrooms feature beautiful views of the ocean with the others looking out over the tranquil landscaped gardens and internal courtyards.
A state-of-the-art physiotherapy department has walking machines, parallel rails, massage tables and passive exercise accessories. An on-site cinema and activities centre hosts a variety of events and celebrations throughout the year.
A day centre operates during the week allowing waitlisted applicants to attend Stella Maris Aged Care on a daily basis. This assists in the building of relationships and eases the transition.
