Serviced Apartments

If you’re seeking independent living but would appreciate a helping hand, serviced apartment living could be an ideal choice. Centrally located within the community centre and close to the dining room, Greglea has a range of spacious studio and one bedroom serviced apartments. Each studio has its own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom while each one-bedroom apartment has its own living area, kitchenette and separate bedroom with ensuite. All serviced apartments are leasehold and a monthly levy is payable for services which includes meals, cleaning and linen services. Serviced apartment residents enjoy access to all the facilities and activities on offer at Greglea.

Units

Located throughout the community, one, two and three bedroom units feature a variety of floor plans and aspects. All are suitable for couples and if you choose two or three bedrooms, there is room for friends and family who are always welcome to come and stay with you. Most units have an attached garage with secure internal access for lock-up-and-go convenience.
